If you want to add more users to your organisation then you can do it from here. There are few easy steps to add sub-users to Digital Ticketing App.

  • Click on the drop-down at the top right tool-bar.



  • Click on "organiser profile" at the drop-box.



  • Here you have to select "Sub Users" at the left toolbar.
  • Then in order to add a sub-user click on "Add user".



  • Then in order to add a sub-user click on "Add user".
  • You have to add the email address to which you want to give the user access.



  • Here you also have provision to give the new user complete or selected access.
  • You need to click on the desired option. "All Events" will give access to all the events to the user and in "Selected events only" option you will have the option to select the events to which you want to share access to the user.



  • Click on Save button to save all the settings.
