The following steps will enable you to close your Digital Ticketing account:

• Click on the dropdown at the top toolbar beside your login id.

• At the drop-box select "Settings".

• Click on the "Close Account" option provided.
• You need to select a reason for closing your account.

• Then you need to type "CLOSE" in the box provided.
• Enter your password in the area provided

• Click on 'Close Account' to close your account.
