At ticket grouping, you can allocate tickets and tracking link to a group of affiliates. These group user can add sub-users under a group with each having their own tracking link. Other than that you can also view event reports, edit or delete a group, check on the number of online event visits done under a particular group and tickets confirmed.

  • Go to the event dashboard.
  • Click on "Promote" at the left toolbar.
  • Click on "Tracking Group" below promote.



  • To create a new group click on "+Create New" at the top right corner.


  • You will get a "Create Ticket Group" pop-up.
  • Here you can fill in the details like "Event Name or Unique Code".
  • Click on the check box "Check to allocate ticket quantity".
  • Choose any one type below.
  • First come first serve type: In this type, the tickets are not restricted to a specific group for selling. This means if 10 tickets are allocated to a group but those 10 tickets can be sold by other means before the group can sell them.
  • Strict allocation type: The allocated tickets can be only sold by the specific group to which they are allocated.
  • Fill in the "Allocation Ticket Quantity"
  • Click on the " Save" button".



  • You will get a new row for the group created on the main page.
  • Now on this main page, you can see various icons under "Actions". Let us understand in detail.
  • The first icon is used to create multiple users under a particular group.



  • On clicking the eye-shaped icon you will get a pop-up "Ticket Group Invites".
  • Here you can view the ticket group link to group users via mail.
  • To delete a group select delete in the drop-down " Actions". 




  • The second icon is useful to check event reports.



  • By clicking on the icon it takes you to Analyze Page on the event dashboard where you can generate event reports.




  • The third icon is used to create multiple users under a particular group.


  • This will give you a pop-up "Invite users for ticket group".
  • Here you can send the mail to all the users that you want to add to the group with their specific sign-up link. When they sign-up, a special tracking link will be generated for each user.
  • At a time 20 users can be sent a mail.
  • The mail consists of unique event link for the group.



  • The fourth icon is used to edit settings for a ticket group.


  • Clicking on the icon gives you the "Edit Ticket Group" pop-up.
  • Here you can edit the grouping options.
  • Click on the " Save" button" to save all the settings.
