Tracking links helps you to track the visits and sales through a specific URL of your event.
To know how to create a tracking link follow the following steps:
- Go to the event dashboard.
- Select "Promote" in the left tool-bar.
- Click on "Create New" at top right corner.
- This gives you a "Create Tracking Link" pop-up.
- On the pop-up fill in the Name of your tracking link.
- Click on " Save button" on the pop -up.
- This will take you to the main Promote page where you can see the new row created.
- In the same way, you can create unique links for tracking different affiliate groups.
- These groups use this unique link to promote your event through SMS, mail etc.
- To view the link click on the icon under "Action".
- This will give you a " Tracking Link" pop-up.
- You can copy the link from here also.
- Any visits to your event page using this tracking link can be seen under "Visit" s.
- Any tickets confirmed through that link can be seen under "Tickets confirmed".
- Total sales done can also be viewed here.
