Check-In Messages are those which will be sent to guests once they check-in at the event. This can be very handy when dealing with VIP guests.
- Click on “Check-In Messages” that is the fourth tab at the top bar of the “Guest Communication”.
- Add the Recipient email where you want to receive the Check-In Messages.
- Add the subject of the email by using Slugs such as [GUEST_EMAIL], [EVENT_NAME] etc.
- You can also create a customized template to send them in the email.
- You can also add a sample template.
- To add a sample template, click on “Select Template”.
- A pop-up will come consisting of various samples.
- Select one by clicking on it.
- The selected sample appears on the workspace.
- You can also preview your template by clicking on the “eye” icon at the left bottom of the workspace.
- This will open a new page where you can select “Desktop” or “Mobile” for a preview of the template.
- After you complete the template click on “Submit” at the bottom left corner.
