Check-In Messages are those which will be sent to guests once they check-in at the event. This can be very handy when dealing with VIP guests.





  • Click on “Check-In Messages” that is the fourth tab at the top bar of the “Guest Communication”.




  • Add the Recipient email where you want to receive the Check-In Messages.
  • Add the subject of the email by using Slugs such as [GUEST_EMAIL], [EVENT_NAME] etc.



  • You can also create a customized template to send them in the email.


          

  • You can also add a sample template.
  • To add a sample template, click on “Select Template”.
  • A pop-up will come consisting of various samples.
  • Select one by clicking on it.



  • The selected sample appears on the workspace.
  • You can also preview your template by clicking on the “eye” icon at the left bottom of the workspace.
  • This will open a new page where you can select “Desktop” or “Mobile” for a preview of the template.



  • After you complete the template click on “Submit” at the bottom left corner.
