If you want to add customized questions or collect extra data from your attendees when they are booking the tickets then follow the following steps.

Taking attendee feedback is essential for any event organized. To make this easy DigitalTicketing App already has a set of questions ready for you to send the attendee before and after an event.

  • To start with, select “Custom Questions”.

 


  • On this page at the very top, you can see a heading “Attendee information”.
  • This consists of three categories under “Collection Type” such as “Basic Information”, “Primary Guest only” and “Each Attendee”.






  • Select any of them as required.
  • You will get to see a different set of question on selection of a particular “Collection Type”.

  • When you select the 'Basic Information' collection type then you will find the following option.
  • Option to activate legal agreements. By checking this you will make the customer agree to your Terms and Condition and your Privacy policy before booking the tickets.



  • You also get the option to add title, instructions for attendees and registration time limit.



  • You can also do the attendee management for the options provided.


Selecting 'Primary Guest Only' for attendee information collection type. 


  • Apart from all the other option that we have from 'Basic Information' Collection type you get different set of questions you can ask your attendees.
  • To make a question mandatory, select “ON” at the check-boxes under “Require”.
  • You can also add custom questions if they are not available in the list.



Selecting 'Each Attendee' for attendee information collection type. 


  • In this type, you get an option to ask specific questions for specific ticket types.



Once you have created all the question you can click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page
